More things I learned about dogs

3 December, 2008

On occasion, a dog may refuse food and water, shiver uncontrollably and seem weak and lethargic.

This means either:

  • The dog has contracted pneumonia / eaten gone-off mushrooms / had a bad reaction to the vaccinations and is in urgent need of veterinary attention.
  • The dog is cold, and is playing silly buggers in the hope that you will throw away the Tesco Own Brand dogfood and buy Pedigree Chum instead.

  1. Were she a cat, I would definitely plump for the latter.

What kind of dog is Prudence again…?

  2. Prudence is a bluffer beagle.

  3. Both?
